A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

Whilst I don't understand the issue enough to vote on Blocker it does seem it's an important part of the Cloud edition for I'll vote for FreezeException

Looking at the current bodhi jobs, it does seem to fix an issue for testing-farm jobs
