I don't see a criteria justification here.
We agreed this cycle to drop the "all preinstalled apps must have basic functionality" requirement for Workstation - it's gone as of https://fedoraproject.org/w/index.php?title=Fedora_43_Final_Release_Criteria&diff=prev&oldid=746660 . Nothing from LibreOffice is in the list of apps that are still covered - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_43_Final_Release_Criteria#Default_application_functionality . So we can't argue that this breaks LibreOffice functionality. What, then, is the blocker justification here? Votes have to be justified, we can't accept something as a blocker with no criteria justification. Anyone want to come up with one?
However:
FinalFE +1
Yeah, I don't like it, but I don't see a violated criteria.
There's this criterion for package managers: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_43_Final_Release_Criteria#Installing,_removing_and_updating_software
But I don't think the current use case matches that criterion.
(I see Lukas already verified that it works with the latest update: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2395811#c19)

AGREED RejectedFinalBlocker
Discussed at the 2025-09-22 (blocker / freeze exception) review meeting:
This bug is rejected as it does not obviously break any criteria, resembling the longstanding experience on KDE. It is already accepted as a Freeze Exception.
