It is not clear why this is a blocker; just a new upstream release for Arm platforms. I don't see any details in the bug either. Unless this contains some critical CVE fixes, I'd go with:
FinalBlocker -1
FinalBlocker -1 without a clearer justification. I could vote for FE if the uboot update actually makes anything better.

I don't remember the details of whether it was a FE or blocker but we have done this every release in recent history (like 5+ years).
And yes there are a number of bugs that this resolves. Alternatively I will file individual blocker bugs for all of them :)

Discussed at the 2025-10-13 (blocker / freeze exception) review meeting:
There's no clear justification why this should be a blocker. At least one problem currently violating our release criteria needs to be shown, in order to accept this update as a blocker. We're open to giving it a freeze exception, if at least some details are provided - what important things are improved that should be part of install media.
