Packages with old .pyc files will have slower import times and might
report AVC denials in restricted contexts. However, they remain
functional, there is no need to panic.

I'm not seeing a strong reason to approve FE for this. It's functional, and I'm not seeing any AVCs when I import the old version (not sure what restricted contexts are, though).

I assume this is not the only update that wasn't pushed before freeze - do we want to manage FEs for all of them?

'get correct bytecode' doesn't really feel like enough of a reason for a freeze exception, especially since I don't think this is on any media(?)

Can be fixed in an update.

The package is not installed by default, so there is no need it has an FE.
