FinalBlocker +1 This is a subjective call based on how common we figure using a touchscreen is. I reckon it's common enough to block on.
I don't know enough about the touchscreen usage. So I'll abstain from voting here, but I'll support Adam's subjective call here.
Feels like a violation of the cited desktop panel criteria.
