A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)


This freeze exception is because ipython is on the Python Classroom lab, and we expect usage from live media. We want the users to be able to pip install --user stuff and use the provided ipython. The fix is also quite trivial (removes one flag from the shebang, in a documented way), so the risk of regressions is low.
