Not included in any live images as far as I can tell, so there's no reason it can't wait for the Beta release.
BetaFE -1
I don't think it matters much if this is pulled in or not as it's not on any live media like bcotton said.
If this was a final freeze exception, I'd be +1 to try and cut down the number of broken deps in the base repo. However since it's just the beta freeze and packages continue migrating to the base repo after the freeze is over (vs the base repo getting frozen after the final release and fixes going to the updates repo instead), I don't think it really matter much if it's pulled in now, or if it migrates to stable after the beta freeze is over.
On the other hand, it should also be safe to pull this in as it's not on the media so I'm definitely not opposed to it either :)
we do freeze the Beta repos for publication, but the frozen repos don't really get a lot of use.
BetaFE +1 Seems benign to accept it, even if it gets worse, kinda hard to do worse than not install? (famous last words)
It feels weird to me to grant FEs to FTBFS bugz, but not FTI bugz.
However, if the general rule is not to submit those, I'm fine not doing that.

I have tried to install 0ad with this update and everything seems to work ok. Should not be too dangerous.

Discussed during the 2021-03-08 blocker review meeting: [0]
The decision to classify this bug as an "AcceptedFreezeException (Beta)" was made as we agree that an FE is generally merited if a package fails to install due to the impact on people upgrading from previous stable releases, likely without updates-testing enabled. However, fixes will only be pushed if they involve minimal change and don't seem likely to endanger compose of release-blocking images.
