To learn how to vote, see: https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/blocker-review A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

The proper criterion here is probably:
All elements of the default panel (or equivalent) configuration in all release-blocking desktops must function correctly in typical use. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_35_Final_Release_Criteria#Default_panel_functionality
because we consider the gnome overview to be an extension of the traditional "panel".
I found a way how to perform the rename. Either there is no actual bug, or the bug is deeper than renaming app groups (because it shows even in gedit and similar). I think the bug report should be closed, and if needed, a new one opened about the whole asian alphabet input thingy...
FinalBlocker -1 (for this particular bug nomination)
FinalBlocker -1
AGREED RejectedFinalBlocker AGREED AcceptedFinalFE
Discussed during the 2021-09-27 blocker review meeting: [0]
The decision to classify this bug as a "RejectedBlocker (Final)" and an "AcceptedFreezeException (Final)" was made as this does not violate any of the relevant criteria and we think that's correct (it's not significant enough that we should amend the criteria to cover it), but it would definitely be nice to get it right for Final even after freeze, so we grant it an FE.
