Reasonable for me because mentioned hotfix done for GNOME does not work generally for other desktops like KDE/Plasma.

Since we accepted #486 it seems obvious this should get accepted as well. KDE is a blocking desktop.

I think it's worth noting that when we voted on #486 we were kinda assuming it was a single bug affecting both KDE and GNOME - so one bug, covering 100% of blocking desktops. It turns out we had two separate bugs, each affecting 50% of blocking desktops, and now one of them is on its way to being fixed. So...it's kind of a different calculation: not "is this bug in 100% of release blocking desktops blocking?", but "is this bug in 50% of release blocking desktops blocking?"

I think I'm still gonna say 'yes' to that, although perhaps worth noting we didn't consider it as blocker or fix it in F34 (it's broken there too). We may potentially have to waive this, though, as fixing it does not look straightforward. I'm trying.
