Waiting to see what the impact is if we don't before I vote on blocker status.
I am not sure right now as we dont really know the exact impact of not having the newer uboot-tools in the final release, I would like to have it in the release but at the same time what if it brings in more issues.
Waiting for more information before the next blocker review meeting.

FE is plausible. A final upstream release should be less risky than their prerelease/git version, but maybe that's just wishful thinking and not compelling enough.
I believe that we do not have to block the whole release because a package has a newer version, on the other hand, bringing the new features in, if and only if it is well tested, might be a good thing. Therefore:
