A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

So while the underlying technology works, the checkbox code doesn't work, and it can have consequences for confused users. I'd say this is
FinalBlocker +1
unless we can show that this affects only certain environments (like VMs with a certain driver). I can't unfortunately test bare metal at the moment.
