selinux-policy is preventing flatpak from updating / installing / removing flatpaks: Permission denied.
gnome-software handles Flatpak, so I'm pretty sure this can be seen as a violation of the Installing, removing and updating software criteria for workstation. The criteria should probably be updated to explicitly include flatpak, especially if Silverblue is to one day become a release blocking product.

I wouldn't vote for a blocker for something that nobody else reproduced yet. I tried it myself, and couldn't replicate it. I think this should be a "punt".
