Configuring screen blanking interval feels like a pretty basic option to me, which many people would like to adjust, due to ecology/battery saving, or because of screen locking.
I'll move the blocker nomination to Final, because for Beta we have no relevant criteria, while for Final we have: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_37_Final_Release_Criteria#Default_application_functionality
