I don't think this quite meets the bar, given the new panel isn't critical functionality (obviously not since it's new and people have lived without it this long) and isn't an official Change.

It appears to be a new feature, that should get some exposure by marketing. So, I suppose there will be some effort to get this fixed pre-release. I'm delaying my blocker decision on this one.
