Now that Beta freeze is lifted, we need a new release built and deployed asap (so that if something breaks, we can still fix it or revert it before the Final freeze).

Bah, I did a build yesterday and forgot to update the ticket.
0.7.4-1 has been built and is tagged into f32-infra-stg
blockerbugs01.stg.iad2 is up but it looks like not all the routes are configured. Do we want to work on stg or just "fire in the hole" and update prod?
I think we can upgrade production right away, there are no db changes so rollback would be a non issue.
I have some more changes in mind for future blockerbugs, so we'd need staging at some point but that can wait, imo.
