Currently we only do a one-time sync of Bugzilla email and never update it. That's a problem for users who changed their email, or perhaps completely replaced their Bugzilla account with a new one (see #209 as an example). Add a button to the Propose form for which will allow users to re-link their Bugzilla account (unlink and link again), so that it can pull updated values.
Because of #230 , there is no bugzilla linking anymore. Unlikely to happen in the future, so closing.
