Now that we deploy directly from git into openshift and don't technically need to create releases for it, it would be helpful if the footer showed the exact version deployed (especially on the stg server, with more frequent updates and unstable versions). So instead Version 1.5 it could show e.g. Version 1.5 (2022-02-21, 7ba84d7107).
