When creating the initial link between FAS user and bugzilla user, an HTTP 500 error will be thrown if an incorrect password is used with a valid email.
This should show an error message to the user instead of blowing up - verify and propose a fix for the error.

This is caused by a change in the interface in python-bugzilla: https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/python-bugzilla.git/commit/?id=2e36c4092bf644d41bb5c80322a10512458c0bdf. Working on a fix.
