This repository DOES NOT have CI, which makes the migration simpler.

As mentioned in https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/blocker-review/issue/2009 , migrating this repo is easier than the blocker-review repo, because for the latter one, we need new features implemented in BBA (support for forgejo repos for the bot handling).
