When deploying a new version of blockerbugs to stg infra, it was discovered that sync couldn't work due to the redirection of bodhi hosts to staging hosts. In this case, the fedora client instance would fail because of a ssl cert mismatch.
Change blockerbugs to make the bodhi URL configurable instead of hard-coded

bah, turns out I forgot to actually make the bodhi client use the configured URL.
It's a simple fix but since @mkrizek is offline for the day, I'm going to just push it, leave this ticket open and ask him for a retrospective ACK tomorrow. If there are concerns, I'll back the change out and fix it.
