In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2296110 rust2rpm mangled the summary for https://crates.io/crates/rc2 (from "RC2 block cipher" to "Block cipher").
I've made an attempt at improving the heuristics in commit https://pagure.io/fedora-rust/cargo2rpm/c/925bc5e . It should solve at least both specific reported issues. I'm open to trying more improvements if anybody has suggestions.
