Lets add a label to the type of the compose that has failed.

For ex: Adding Cloud to Cloud composes, s390x if the compose failed on s390x and more...

Thanks. I still don't know if this feature works just yet but I'll close it and re-open if it doesn't work.

I have contributed https://github.com/packit-service/ogr/pull/321 to ogr which should let us add labels when creating issues.

We have to wait for the next release of ogr tho before we can make the changes to compose-tracker.

Thanks @cverna do you want to propose a patch that we can merge once the next release of ogr is out?
