pagure.io is being deprecated. Fedora-y projects like this one should mostly migrate to https://forge.fedoraproject.org/ , in this case https://forge.fedoraproject.org/releng/ .

For this project it's a bit more complicated as this tool actually creates tickets in a Pagure repo. It needs to be updated to create tickets in a Forge repo instead.
