#5 move to fedora-messaging

This required the following changes:

  • migrate to calling fedora-messaging CLI and providing a callback
  • creating a new ComposeTracker class and implementing call func
  • removing main()

I'm still testing this out so marking as WIP for now.

rebased onto 9cbd07890d6e1706f263572e20057bdaed750627

seems to be working now

  • compose-tracker.py -> compose_tracker.py

this is now running in my personal openshift - seems to be working but I'll monitor it.
