Our images have qcow2 suffix, but they are in fact raw images: https://tflink.fedorapeople.org/taskotron/testimages/
Even the raw images seem to work correctly with testcloud+libtaskotron, so might not need qcow2 (but maybe the file overlays are more effective with it?).
Let's either produce qcow2 images, or raw images, but with the correct suffix.

Although it is possible to convert the images to qcow, it really takes too much setting up to do it. Leaving this opened for now, but we decided to just use the "right" suffix.
