Purpose:
  to deliver set of voluntary, coherent system configuration tweaks for the
  corosync-pacemaker cluster stack to work more optimally than they likely
  would with standard configurations, primarily Linux/systemd ecosystem
  oriented, but can cover more if there's enough collective interest
